Racket Ready is launching a dynamic, grassroots-focused Thursday night Rec League designed for U13, U14, and U15 girls looking to play, improve, and fall even more in love with the game this season! We are here to support your passion and help grow the game from the ground up.

Team Structure & Fairness Policy

We welcome formed teams and individual sign-ups! Teams may be composed of a mix of U13, U14, and U15 players.

Balance is Key: While age mixing is allowed, Racket Ready will review all team rosters to ensure competitive balance. We will not allow teams composed primarily of a single age group (e.g., all U15 or all U13) to ensure a fair and fun environment for every participant.

Coaching Options: Teams have the freedom to choose their leadership style:

Real Coach: Hire a qualified outside coach.

Self-Coached: Empower the players to take ownership and lead themselves.

Parent Coach: Have an enthusiastic parent lead the team.

Advanced Development Clinics (Every 4 Weeks)
To ensure every player reaches their full potential and maintains peak enjoyment, the Racket Ready Rec League integrates specialized training clinics every four weeks. These sessions are led by high-level coaches and focus on comprehensive player development, addressing the three key pillars of athletic success: skills, mentality, and physical readiness.

Player Portfolio Opportunity
We know showing what you can do is important! During our season, we will provide high-quality video footage of game action and clinic drills.
This footage can be used by players to review their game, track progress, or even share with future club teams, helping those who may not shine during high-pressure tryouts.
